Equipment Information does not include any information that is either publicly available or capable of being obtained from a third party source without such third party source violating its obligations of confidentiality.

Simplot is based in the United States. As such, we and our service providers may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Simplot is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures intended to safeguard information and to help prevent unauthorized access and disclosure of personal information. i. Sensitive information
